Hours:
35-40 hours per week. Primarily weekdays, typically 8:00 AM to approximately 5:00 PM. Some days may start earlier depending on weather conditions and workload. The position is on call 24/7 in the winter.
Compensation:
$21/hr
Duties:
About the Position
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Outdoor Property Maintenance Worker to join our team in a full-time, year-round position. Summer duties focus on landscaping and lawn maintenance, while winter duties involve sidewalk snow removal and property upkeep.Job Description:
- Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
- String trimming and edging
- Operating backpack and handheld blowers
- Sidewalk snow removal using snowblowers
- General property maintenance
- Assisting with hardscaping projects, including digging holes and other manual labour tasks
- Maintaining a clean and professional work site
Skills:
- Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a personal vehicle to get to work sites.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical labour and lift equipment as required
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
