At 2nd Chance Employment Counselling, we help people move confidently toward meaningful, sustainable employment. Serving communities across Guelph and Wellington County, we provide free, personalized employment supports to youth, adults, newcomers, students, and individuals facing unique barriers to work.
Our team offers one‑on‑one counselling, resume and interview support, career exploration, and access to local job postings and employment workshops. We also deliver specialized programs designed to support those beginning their career journey, returning to work, or navigating a transition — including youth-focused services, women’s employment programs, and training pathways funded through Employment Ontario.
For employers, we make hiring easier. We support recruitment, pre‑screening, and training incentives, helping local businesses build strong, skilled teams.
