Hours:

Our cleaning schedule includes shifts within the following time blocks: 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. 1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Full-time employees must have flexible availability across multiple shift blocks. Hours and locations may vary depending on the cleaning schedule.

Compensation:

$19.95/hr


Duties:

We are currently looking to hire reliable full-time cleaners ASAP to join our growing team.

Reliability is extremely important for this position. Our clients and your coworkers depend on you being where you are scheduled, on time and ready to work.

 

What You'll Do You will work independently and as part of a team providing residential and commercial cleaning services. Duties may include bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing high-touch areas, garbage removal and other general cleaning duties.

We provide all cleaning products, supplies and equipment required for the job.

Applicants must:

  • Have a valid driver's licence and their own reliable vehicle to travel between client locations.
  • Be reliable, punctual and able to maintain consistent attendance.
  • Be comfortable travelling throughout Guelph and surrounding service areas.
  • Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Be physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including bending, reaching, lifting, vacuuming and mopping.
  • Be comfortable working in homes and businesses where pets may be present.
  • Have a professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Be able to follow cleaning procedures, checklists and instructions.
  • Have a working smartphone for scheduling and team communication.
  • Be legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Previous professional cleaning experience is an asset, but reliable

Notes:

Transportation & Mileage

  • Employees are responsible for transportation to and between scheduled work locations. Kilometres, mileage and travel expenses are not paid unless reimbursement has been specifically authorized in advance by management.
  • Because employees may attend multiple locations during a shift, having your own reliable vehicle is a requirement of the position.
