  • Manage a team in a high volume kitchen
  • Work the line, cooking recipes consistently and to spec
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude
  • Act in accordance with all policies, procedures, dress code, and health and safety issues in accordance with OHSA, WSIB programs, fire regulations and health department requirements
  • Manage and train teammates of varying experience levels
  • Ability to work multiple stations and train others on multiple work stations


Have at least 1 year of leadership experience in a kitchen

  • Be involved in creating new recipes for our regular menu as well as feature and holiday menus
  • Weekend, holiday and late night availability is a must
  • Understand menu costing and inventory management
  • Multitask and work in a high stress, fast paced environment
  • Understanding and experience with various cooking methods, ingredients and equipment
  • Have an interest in the process of preparing and cooking with beer
  • Scheduling and inventory experience an asset, Catering and events experience an asset
*Hourly position with the potential for salary
