Duties:

  • Coordinating and providing support to the Sales Manager, Territory Managers, Manufacturing Representatives, clients and dealers as required
  • Providing, ensuring and organizing the delivery, summary and analysis of required reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and on demand basis from Territory Managers, Manufacturers
  • Representatives and customers, as required
  • Tracking, maintaining and entering into the ERP system various dealer TM incentives - marketing programs, competitive allowance claims, TM incentive programs, mixer rebate claims,TM bonuses, coop advertising claims, etc.
  • Receiving orders from Dealers and processing and confirming the orders as necessary, as well as maintaining the order database and all related files
  • Coordinating of tradeshows including but not limited to, completing all contracts and letters, ensuring payment is received, making travel arrangements, recording and reporting on costs and maintaining all tradeshow files
  • Assisting with travel arrangements for the domestic and international TM’s and domestic and international sales guests and coordinate with the other sales administration team members, as required
  • Maintaining price books, price sheets, pricing, and maintain programs, categories and incentives for the Master dealer pricing program

Skills:

  • Must possess; excellent verbal and written communication skills for communicating with all external organizations and agencies, and Jaylor customers
  • Be knowledgeable of and willing to promote Jaylor’s philosophy of "teamwork" and promote employee involvement at all times
  • Must be highly organized, self motivated and have effective time management skills
