Duties:

Job Requirements: - Must be organized with phenomenal communication skills - Must be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed - Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficacy - Maintain files and records with effective filing systems - Support with various administrative tasks such as redirecting calls, coordinating vaccine clinics, and scheduling meetings - Greet and assist patients when they arrive - Monitor pharmacy supplies inventory and place orders - Assist om vendor relationship management - Proven experience as office coordinator in a similar role an asset - Experience in retail an asset - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task - Reliable with patience and professionalism - Past experience working as a Pharmacy Assistant or Registered Pharmacy Technician an asset - Willing to train the right person if life experience fostered skills necessary for the role
