  • Deliver an exceptional level of Customer Service and support skills dealing with Product End Users, the Dealer Network and Area Sales Representatives
  • Receive technical service calls from customers and find a mutually acceptable resolution
  • Processing Return Material Authorizations (RMA) to completion
  • Consistent approach and proficiency in utilizing business enterprise and information systems to accurately record, document, and process parts orders
  • Collaborate with other departments as necessary to maintain prompt parts order fulfillment and exemplary level of customer service
  • Provide input and collaborate effectively with Customer Support Team in keeping with our commitment to continue development and improvements.
  • Provide effective communications and reporting to management on key issues


  • Strong communication skills, highly organized, strong ability to prioritize
  • Strong familiarity and experience with working in a parts order desk setting and associated inventory and warehouse environment
  • Proficient in order entry, processing parts orders, coordinating shipments, establishment of timelines with appropriate level of urgency
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of business ERP systems
  • Must have strong technical/mechanical background and aptitude
  • Knowledge of farm/agricultural equipment a requirement
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement; augment and/or enhance parts order process.
  • Must have own transportation
