Duties:

  • Receive and put away orders
  • Ready / prep daily food for service
  • Some duties include:  blanching fries, grinding burger meat, making ketchup and mustard, smoking pork bellies for bacon, peeling/slicing/cutting vegetables, making soup
  • Inventory control and stock lists

Skills:

  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Punctual and reliable team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be comfortable with using, and caring for, knives/kitchen equipment
  • Food handler’s certification
