Superior Glove Works Ltd. is currently seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate must have email development experience in Pardot in addition to having web development experience, with strong skills in HTML, CSS and WordPress. Experience in Google Analytics and LinkedIn advertising is a bonus but not required. Job/Position Summary: Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building and optimizing email templates in Pardot and landing pages in WordPress to support our email marketing campaigns. This individual will also work with other digital marketing teammates to test and optimize email and landing page designs. Additionally, the Email Marketing Specialist will build new skills by training in, and providing backup support for, our full-time Pardot administrator and serving as backup for our full-time web developer when there is an absence or work overflow. Superior Glove has locations in Point Leamington, Newfoundland, New York and Acton, Ontario. The successful candidate will be able to work remotely but must be willing and able to work in Acton, ON office as needed. If you are up to the challenge, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Developing Email Templates: Create email templates in Pardot to support email marketing campaigns. Develop and maintain a suite of email template types for repeated use. Build custom email templates for one-time use. • Building Landing Pages: Develop landing pages in WordPress to support email marketing campaigns. Create and maintain reusable landing page templates for repeated use with email marketing campaigns. Build custom landing pages for one-time use with email campaigns. • Optimizing Email and Landing Page Designs: In collaboration with other digital marketing teammates, test and edit email and landing page designs to improve user experience and email performance, including optimizing for deliverability and lead generation. • Support for Pardot Administrator and Web Developer: Provide occasional backup support to our full-time Pardot administrator and our full-time web developer in the event of absences or work overflow. • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications & Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of email and landing page development experience in a marketing team environment • Experience with A/B testing email and webpage designs to optimize for user experience and performance with specific experience improving deliverability and lead generation related to design elements • Post secondary degree in Web Design or related subject matter • Experience with Pardot administration, specifically managing email marketing and leads administration in Pardot • Experience managing Google Analytics • Experience setting up and managing LinkedIn advertising campaigns • Experience developing emails in Pardot • Proficient in mobile/responsive email and landing page design and development • Strong in HTML, CSS, and WordPress; experience developing emails in Pardot a plus but not required • Experience working in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator • Comfortable communicating internally and externally at all seniority levels, and in any medium (phone, video, email, direct messaging, etc.), to facilitate successful work projects • Ability to effectively present information and recommendations in formalized manner to groups and leadership • Proactively seeks and tests solutions to overcome challenges and thrives on constructive feedback • Follow and adhere to company’s policies and procedures
