DISHWASHER/PREP COOK – GUELPH
Close to Public Transit:
- Operation of dishwashing machine, washing of dishes, glasses and cutlery, pots and pans
- Stacking and storage of all equipment and goods
- Proper storage of supplies as they arrive in hotel
- Correct use of machine and soaps as trained
- Sweeping and mopping of all areas, empty garbage pails and reline
- Preparation of plates etc. for banquet preparation
- Cleanliness of Kitchen areas, fridges, garbage and disposal of boxes and bottles etc.
- Preparing vegetables, salads and fruit as required
- Being available for other tasks as needed
- Maintain a good relationship with all departments and fellow staff
- English (Preferred)
- French (Preferred)
