Full time hours will be offered typically in 8 to 8.5 hour shifts falling between the hours of 8am-7pm Monday to Friday and 9am-4pm Saturday.




Global Currency Services is currently hiring for either one full time and one part time or multiple part time positions as Customer Service Representatives! Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, complete banking transactions, and complete a variety of internal operational tasks. All required training is paid and will be provided on site. Key Responsibilities - Buy and sell foreign currency in the form of cash, cheques and wire transfers - Inform and help clients in person, over the phone, and through email regarding organizational products and services - Maintain customer accounts by accurately collecting, updating and verifying customer information - Perform banking duties - Maintain confidentiality and comply to all legal and risk management policies


Minimum high school diploma (or equivalent) - Minimum 2+ years of customer service and/or cash handling experience - Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail - Must have ability to execute point of sale transactions using computer systems - Must possess valid driver’s licence - Must pass criminal record check and credit check - Fluency in second language is considered an asset
