The position is available immediately. The office is open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, no evenings or weekends. Willing to be flexible with a schedule to accommodate work/life balance. (Example: 9am-3pm)

Compensation:

$17.50 per hour


Duties:

Job Description • Respond to telephone, internet and walk-in customer inquiries. • Forward inquiries to Sales Team, process some quick changes. • Pivot/market insurance and financial products and services. • Outbound follow up calls to existing client base, some cold-calling. • Light office duties ie. scanning, filing, mailing. • Build and maintain customer relationships. • Ability to set and work to targets/goals. • Salaried position, with opportunity for commission, promotions, and annual bonus

Skills:

Requirements • Have, or ability to acquire, OTL license to sell and service Property & Casualty insurance. • Customer service experience preferred. • Sales experience not a prerequisite. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, attention to detail and organizational skills. • Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently. • Commitment to providing excellent customer service. • Opportunity for growth. • Criminal and Credit records required
