Days:
8 hour shift; *weekends (The job will require you to work on weekends between April and August on rotating day shifts.)
Duties:
- As the primary point of contact for our customers, each member of our customer experience team provides exemplary customer service by addressing all customers promptly, professionally and efficiently
- As a member of our customer experience team you will be responsible for: creating a positive customer experience through the entire product life cycle; from presales questions through installation and warranty concerns
- Delivering exceptional service by providing professional, attentive and accurate product and company knowledge to all customers
- Accurately identifying addressing the customers’ needs in a timely manner
- Providing clear, concise, and accurate information via online chats, emails and telephone
- Receiving and processing part replacement orders for customers
Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
- Ability to keep calm and manage difficult situations
- Must have strong problem solving and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work as a team member
- Ability to bring a positive attitude and desire to help customers
- Bilingual would be considered an asset (English/French, English/Spanish)
- Customer Service: 1 year experience required
