Duties:

We are looking for responsible and trustworthy individuals who are passionate about the cannabis industry and want to be part of a team committed to reducing the stigma and exemplifying the modern cannabis landscape. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Budtender must exude a professional, positive and welcoming attitude at all times in order to develop relationships with our customers. Your primary role is to advise and educate on suitable cannabis products • Assist and educate customers while building enduring and long lasting relationships • Drive sales through education and product knowledge • Continue to increase your level of cannabis knowledge and curate experiences that go above and beyond expectations • Be mindful of sales objectives and business matters • Ensuring the dispensary is clean and well-organized at all times • Process all customer payments using our Point of Sale (POS) System • Complete tasks as assigned by the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Key Holders

Skills:

• Minimum 19 years old; Able to lift boxes 5-30lbs • CanSell certification required • Criminal Background check required • Minimum 1 year customer service experience in retail setting • Demonstrate a high level of integrity and responsibility, adhering to all AGCO regulatory requirements and company policies • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Passionate about the cannabis industry with a desire to learn • Ability to develop meaningful connections through creating relationships in the community with customers and peers based on a foundation of trust and teamwork • Must be flexible with hours and comfortable with change in a fast paced industry • Ability to consistently work weekdays; with the flexibility to work nights, holidays and weekends
